WendoPrivacy policy
This is a translation for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit lirafy.dev and wendo.lirafy.dev. The Wendo app has its own privacy policy.
In short: the websites have no registration, forms, analytics, advertising or cookies. The only things processed are what any web server receives when serving a page and, if you write to us, your email.

We do not build profiles or make automated decisions.
3. Recipients and processors
We do not sell or transfer your data. To make the websites work we use these providers, which process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (content delivery and protection network for the websites). It may process data outside the European Economic Area; the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
- OVH SAS (server hosting, in the European Union).
- Google LLC (Gmail), if you write to us at the contact email. It may process data outside the European Economic Area with the same safeguards as Cloudflare.
4. Cookies
The websites do not use cookies or store anything in your browser (nor localStorage), and do not load third-party analytics or advertising tools. That is why you will not see any cookie notice.
The only possible exception is technical: if Cloudflare detects suspicious traffic it may set a security cookie (for example, __cf_bm) to tell people from bots. It is necessary to protect the website and is exempt from consent (art. 22.2 LSSI).
5. Your rights
You can request access, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, portability, and object to processing, by writing to [email protected] and stating which right you are exercising. We will reply within one month.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
6. Minors
The websites are not aimed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly process their data.
7. Changes
If what we do with data changes, we will update this page and its date.
