1. Owner

In compliance with article 10 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), you are informed that the websites lirafy.dev and wendo.lirafy.dev (hereinafter, “the websites”) are owned by:

2. Purpose

The websites present Lirafy and its applications, among them Wendo, an SSH client for iOS and Android, and publish documentation, guides and articles about its use and related topics.

3. Terms of use

Access to the websites is free of charge and requires no registration. Anyone who uses them agrees to do so lawfully and not to harm their operation, for example through mass automated access or attempts at unauthorised access.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, diagrams, screenshots, images, logos and code of the websites belong to their owner or are used under licence. They may be quoted and linked to, indicating the source. Any other reproduction, distribution or transformation for commercial purposes requires prior authorisation.

The third-party trademarks mentioned (for example, Claude Code, tmux, Apple or Google) belong to their respective owners and are cited for informational purposes only, without implying any relationship or sponsorship.

5. Content and liability

Articles and documentation are published for informational purposes and are reviewed to be accurate on the date indicated. Even so, third-party tools change and some instructions (for example, server configuration) may cease to be valid. The owner accepts no liability for damage arising from applying them without proper verification, to the extent permitted by law.

The owner will endeavour to keep the websites available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Links

The websites include links to third-party sites, usually the official documentation of the tools being explained. The owner does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content. If you find a link to unlawful content, write to us and we will remove it.

7. Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data is explained in the Privacy policy. The websites do not use analytics or advertising cookies (see its “Cookies” section).

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction under the law; where the person using the websites is a consumer, those of their place of residence.
